Maintenance Tech
Our maintenance technicians are responsible for aiding maintenance-related work that is generated by Complete Property Management, Complete Realty Solutions, and all other qualified projects created by Complete Property Maintenance & Home Solutions. This includes routine and preventive maintenance, turnover maintenance, and the maintaining and repairing of real estate property fixtures such as lights, locks, windows, doors, flooring, gutters, sinks, toilets, tubs, and drains. The maintenance technician will take care of maintenance duties involving carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs to ensure that the buildings are properly and safely maintained.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
- 1+ years of general maintenance experience (Required)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
- Drywall experience, including painting and carpentry
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems (replace light bulbs, outlets, ceiling fixture installation, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing (leak repairs, faucet installation, etc.)
- Previous multi-family maintenance experience (Preferred)
